Brake Reservoirs
Endura manufactures, assembles, and tests brake reservoirs for the Honda Pilot and Acura MDX platforms. The brake reservoir assembly consists of a level switch indicator actuated by a float and reed switch subassembly, and an insert molded filter.
In order to ensure the strict quality standards, Endura has deployed numerous mistake proofing devices to both the assembly and testing of these devices.

Molded Precision Components
Endura manufactures bushings, damping bands, bearing retainers, and PC board brackets for automotive and industrial applications. These products are typically molded using high temperature thermoplastic materials to precise tolerances.

Insert Moldings
Endura performs insert molding of metal components, wiring harnesses and the overmolding of plastic components. Endura also has the capability for two shot technology, which is peformed in one press cycle, as opposed to the traditional two step overmolding process.
